Our agency started with the simple hope of giving care to a few patients who are in need of quality services. As of today, we have extended our reach to many local families seeking the support of a reliable healthcare provider.
Our Mission
Peace & Harmony Homecare, LLC is a Nursing Agency established and managed by experienced home health care nurses. We provide care for our patients in the convenience of their homes. We are established on the biblical law of Matthew 7:12, which is “Do onto others as you would want done to you.” Peace and Harmony is a Medicare/Medicaid certified agency. We are accredited by CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program). Peace and Harmony communicates with your physicians through our physician portals, and your physicians have access to your documentation through our electronic documentation.
We are in compliance with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and with the Age Discrimination Act of 1975. Peace & Harmony Homecare, LLC accepts patients under the care of a certified attending physician and per individual request for Personal Care Services.
